Working as an automotive technician is like a tiny actor at the backdoor or behind the screen. We don’t show face,
we face machine day by day. We do not talk to customer but we have our certified frontliner convey the customer’s
complaint writing on the jobcard. And we use our thrid party (eg: star diagnosis) to talk and communicate with our customer’s
pet (vehicle). Sometime we use to joke and ask each other. Are you an engineer? We will answer YES, but we are engineer near
engine only.
Nevertherless, we follow our principle set by Gottlieb Daimler (mercedes-benz inventor) ‘ We are the best or nothing
at all’. That is our commitment!
